Security deposit invoice

Camp fact sheet
We ask that you sign and approve the first 4 documents and return them to us, along with your $500.00 security deposit. This will secure your booking.
One month prior to your camp, we will send you an individuals details form. This form will finalise your camp numbers and program.
ID forms require the following infomation:
Constent to participate in activities
Consent to participate in promotional photography
Consent to being administered first aid by CCBS staff
Dietary requirments
Medical requiements etc.
A final invoice for your camp will be issued two weeks prior to your camp. Payment of this invoice is due 7 days before your arrival at camp.
