Where are you located?
We are located in Bonville, 10 minutes south of Coffs Harbour on NSW’s Mid North Coast. Click here for printable map.
What do I need to bring?
| 1. | All bedding – this includes a bottom sheet, a top sheet, blanket/doona/sleeping bag, pillow and pillow case. |
| 2. | Toiletries, face washer and towels (bath and beach). |
| 3. | Comfortable activity clothing and shoes including a pair that can get wet , if doingwater activities) swimmers, sunscreen, hat and sun sunglasses. |

Is the booking process difficult?
Absolutely not. Our reservations department will guide you through every step of the booking process. They will help you put together a program, book your outsourced activities and procmplty send you out all the necessary camp forms and paperwork. If you have a questions at any time give them a call, they will be only too happy to help.
What is the maximum number of people you can accommodate?
100 Overnight guests.
What is the food like?
All meals are fresh, healthy, age appropriate and prepared daily by our onsite chef.
Do you cater for special dieatry requirements?
Yes, we will cater for most dietary requirements, provided we have two weeks prior notice. Please discuss your need swith our reservations department upon your initial inquiry. They will talk you through all the required details.
Are all activities are fully supervised?
All of our onsite activties are fully supervised and operated by our qualified instructors?
Does the Coffs Coast Beach School provide risk assesments?
Yes we have risk assesments for all activities. These can be privided upon request, after your booking has been confirmed.
Is equipment checked regularly?
Yes, equipment is checked and maintained regularly, to ensure our high customers safety standards are maintained .
Do staff undergo child protection checks, before working with children and young people?
Yes, all staff have completed current working with children checks by The Commission for Children and Young People.
Are there any free-time activities onsite?
Yes. These activities are called Stay and Play activities. We have a swimming pool, basketball and volleyball courts, table tennis, soccer, football, board games and more. Some activities do require prior booking.
Does the Coffs Coast Beach School have public liability insurance?
Yes, our public liability insurance is current. A certificate of currency can be provided upon request, after your booking has been confirmed.
Is there a hospital nearby?
The Coffs Harbour Base Hospital is located only 12kms from the Coffs Coast Beach School.
Do you have a first aid room?
Yes, we have a first aid room on site and qualified Occupational First Aid team members. Activity insructors also carry first aid packs.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes, we have disabled access to both conference rooms and also our dormitories.
Are disabled bathrooms available?
Yes, both student dormitories blocks have a ensuited, disabled bathroom.
Are there Audio/Visual facilities available?
Yes, These items can be hired during your camp with appropriate prior notice. Please discuss your needs with our reservations department.
